Ingredients of Mie ayam
- It's 1 pak of mie ayam kering.
- You need of Ayam kecap.
- It's 500 gr of ayam giling.
- You need 6 siung of bawang merah.
- You need 4 siung of Bawang putih.
- You need 3 butir of Kemiri.
- It's 1 cm of Kunyit.
- Prepare Seruas of jahe.
- Prepare 2 batang of sereh.
- It's 3 lembar of daun salam.
- You need 3 sdm of kecap manis.
- You need 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- It's Sdm of merica.
- Prepare 1 sdm of gula.
- Prepare 1 sdt of garam.
- You need of Bumbu minyak.
- You need 3 helai of kulit ayam.
- Prepare 100 ml of minyak goreng.
- You need 3 siung of Bawang putih, geprek lalu cincang.
- You need of Bumbu kuah.
- It's 250 gr of ceker ayam/tulangan ayam.
- It's 1500 ltr of air.
- Prepare of Pelengkap.
- It's of Bakso.

Mie ayam step by step
- Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, jahe dan sereh sampai wangi lalu masukkan ayam dan aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap, kecap asin, merica bubuk, gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk lalu aduk rata, sampai air mengering. Sisihkan.
- Bumbu minyak ayam, tuang minyak lalu goreng kulit ayam sampai kering (dgn api sangat kecil), setelah kering angkat kulit ayam dan goreng bawang putih sampai wangi lalu saring.
- Kuah, rebus tulang/ceker ayam sampai keluar kaldunya, lalu tambahkan garam dan merica.
- Penyelesaian, rebus mie sampai matang, di mangkok masukkan 1 sdm bumbu minyak & ½sdm kecap asin, aduk rata. Saring mie yg telah matang lalu masukkan ke mangkok, aduk rata. Tambahkan rebusan sawi (sawi direbus sebentar saja setelah merebus mie) dan ayam cincang. Sajikan terpisah kuah dan bakso.
