- Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, dan ketumbar. Tumis bumbu halus di minyak yg banyak, tambahkan jahe dan laos yg sudah digeprek, tambahkan daun salam dan daun jeruk.
- Masukkan tulang ayam, dan dada ayam yg telah dipotong dadu, tambahkan air.
- Masukkan kecap manis, saus tiram, garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk. Koreksi rasa, rebus sampai bumbu meresap ke daging ayam.
- Panaskan air, kalau sudah mendidih rebus mie dan sawi hijau.
