  1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, dan ketumbar. Tumis bumbu halus di minyak yg banyak, tambahkan jahe dan laos yg sudah digeprek, tambahkan daun salam dan daun jeruk.
  2. Masukkan tulang ayam, dan dada ayam yg telah dipotong dadu, tambahkan air.
  3. Masukkan kecap manis, saus tiram, garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk. Koreksi rasa, rebus sampai bumbu meresap ke daging ayam.
  4. Panaskan air, kalau sudah mendidih rebus mie dan sawi hijau.
