  40. Prepare 2 sdm of kuah bumbu ayam.

Mie Ayam Yummy instructions

  1. Goreng kulit pangsit yg sdh di potong kotak2,sisihkan.
  2. Rebus bakso di air mendidih sampai matang,angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Masukkan timun dan cabe rawit ijo yg sdh di potong2 k dlm mangkuk dan siram dgn air mendidih,tambahkan garam,gula dan air jeruk nipis aduk rata,sisihkan.
  4. Cuci bersih fillet paha kemudian rendam ayam selama 15 menit d air mendidih,tiriskan dan potong2.
  5. Haluskan bumbu utk ayam,lalu tumis hingga harum dan matang.
  6. Tambahkan 1 sdm full bumbu putih serbaguna tumis kembali sampe benar2 matang,tumis ayam sampe air yg keluar dr ayam menyusut.
  7. Tambahkan kecap manis,gula,merica bubuk dan garam aduk rata kemudian tuangi air,masak sampe air agak menyusut (jgn terlalu kering).
  8. Utk minyak bawang putih,cincang 7 siung bawang putih dan minyak agak byk sampe kekuningan,angkat (sisa dr minyak bwg putih sy simpan d toples).
  9. Utk sambal : taruh sambal dan saos sambal di mangkuk kecil dan tambahkan air dr acar timun,aduk rata.
  10. Rebus mie dlm air mendidih sebentar aja (sebelumnya urai mie agar tidak menggumpal ketika di rebus).
  11. Siapkan bumbu utk mie dlm mangkuk kemudian masukkan mie yg sdh di rebus aduk rata (lupa foto mie yg udh d aduk).
  12. Tata dlm mangkuk mie yg sdh di bumbui,bakso,ayam bumbu dan kulit pangsit goreng serta daun selada,taburi dgn bwg goreng dan daun bawang dan mie ayam yummy siap utk di sajikan.
