- Ayam Jamur : panaskan 4 sdm minyak bawang. Tumis bumbu halus, salam, daun jeruk, serai sampai wangi. Masukan ayam potong. Beri bumbu saus dan bumbu bubuk. Aduk rata. Lalu masukkan jamur. Masak sampai air mengental dan bumbu terserap ke ayam & jamur. Koreksi rasanya..
