- Prepare 250 gr of tepung terigu.

Mie Ayam Ijo (Sawi) instructions
- 1 ikat sawi, lalu haluskan (Me;blender) kemudian saring dan jadikan sari sawi sebanyak 180ml.
- Diwadah, masukkan tepung terigu dan tapioka kemudian masukkan minyak goreng, garam dan sari sawi.
- Uleni hingga kalis.
- Pipihkan adonan, lalu iris tipis2.
- Didihkan air beri secukupnya minyak lalu masukkan mie kedalam panci dan masak hingga mateng (tiriskan).
- Bikin toping ayam. Haluskan bumbu (Me ; diblender).
- Masukkan k wajan, masak hingga sat kemudian beri minyak (masak hingga mletup2).
- Masukkan sereh, laos, daun salam dan daun jerukdan masukkan ayam(aduk rata) beri garam, gula pasir dan penyedap rata (tes rasa).
- Masukkan kecap dan saos tiram kemudian beri air.
- Masak hingga air berkurang dan pindahkan kewadah.
