Mie Ayam Ijo (Sawi) instructions

  1. 1 ikat sawi, lalu haluskan (Me;blender) kemudian saring dan jadikan sari sawi sebanyak 180ml.
  2. Diwadah, masukkan tepung terigu dan tapioka kemudian masukkan minyak goreng, garam dan sari sawi.
  3. Uleni hingga kalis.
  4. Pipihkan adonan, lalu iris tipis2.
