Mie Ayam instructions

  1. Untuk kuah: didihkan air dan masukkan ceker/ tulang ayam. masak hingga air berkurang setengah, lalu bumbui dengan gula, garam merica dan aldu jamur.
  2. Untuk Aromatic oil : masak kulit ayam dengan sesikit air hingga airnya susut. Setelah airnya susut tambahkan minyak dan bawang putih cincang. Masal hingga kuning kecoklatan.
  3. Blender bahan bumbu halus, lalu tumis dengan daun jeruk, daun salam, dan serai hingga harum. Tambahkan ayam dan jamur, tumis sebentar lalu masukkam daun bawang iris.
  4. Tambahkan air, kecap manis, saus tiram, merica, kaldu jamur, garam dan gula, masak hingga air sudut dan meresap.
  5. Rebus air, masukkan mie dan rebus 1-2 menit tergantung ketebelan mie dan rebus sawi pokcoy.
