- Potong2 ayam, wortel & sawi sesuai selera masing2.
- Orek2 telur sebentar aja.
- Tumis ayam, wortel, sawi, toge, rawit sebentar. Kemudian sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus & cabe merah halus, setelah harum masukkan telur, tumisan ayam & sayur tadi. Campur hingga rata. Tambahkan kecap, saos teriyaki, lada, garam. Aduk rata hingga harum & matang.
