- Rendam krupuk dlm air matang slma 20 menit atau smpe empuk,cuci bersih ceker /kerongkongan (kalo pake ayam potong kecil2 ayam).
- Ulek bumbu halus,trs oseng bumbu lalu masukan kerongkongan aduk2 tmbhkn air tutup, tunggu matang.
- Potong bakso, klo kerongkongan udh matang masukan bakso, krupuk dan mie tmbhkn Air sedikit masukan garam, penyedap.
