  1. Buat minyak ayam : panaskan minyak 100ml kemudian goreng kulit ayam, kalo kulit ayam hampir kering masukkan bawang putih geprek 1 buah, angkat sisihkan.
  2. Kuah kaldu : rebus ayam sampai empuk, setelah ayam empuk angkat sisihkan kemudian masukkan bumbu halus untuk kaldu dan garam secukupnya.
  3. Topping ayam : suwir ato potong dadu ayam yg direbus tadi, tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi masukkan ayam, sedikit air kaldu, garam, gula, kecap manis, daun bawang, air secukupnya, masak hingga kuah ayam mengental tapi jangan sampai set ya, harus ada kuahnya.
