  1. Cara membuat minyak bawang : Tuang minyak sayur dipanci, masukkan kulit ayam masak dengan api kecil hingga kulit kering angkat kulit ayam. Masukkan bawang putih cincang masak hingga bawang putih garing. Kulit ayam dicincang nanti ditambahkan ke toping ayam.
  2. Cara membuat Toping Ayam : rebus ayam dengan 500 ml air hingga matang angkat & tiriskan. Potong dadu ayam.
