- Haluskan semua bumbu,,, tumis hingga harum.
- Masukan ceker ayam (sudah direbus 2x biar empuk) masukan daging ayam,, tumjs dengan bumbu hingga harum, tambahkan air.
- Tunggu hingga mendidihberi kecap manis, gula halus, garam & gula merah.. biarkan hingga meresap.
- Koreksi rasa,, masukan jamur kancing yang sudah dicuci aduk2 sebentar agar tidak terlalu layu.
