Mie Ayam ala Abang-Abang instructions

  1. Bikin kuah ayamnya dulu, rebus ceker ayam dengan air,tunggu hingga air menyusut setengahnya, lalu beri bumbu kuah ayam yg lain.
  2. Siapkan bumbu halusnya, lalu siapkan wajan beri minyak, tumis bumbu hingga berwarna coklat,sembari diaduk di api yg sedang menjurus ke kecil biar ga gosong.
  3. Jika sudah lengket berwarna coklat masukkan ayamnya,aduk hingga rata lalu beri secukupnya air. Beri bumbu ayam yg lainnya,lalu tunggu hingga air pada ayam agak lengket.
  4. Rebus kulit ayam dengan air secukupny jangan terlalu banyak ataupun sedikit, tunggu hingga airnya hilang.
  5. Lalu tambahkan minyak dan bawang putih cincang,sembari diaduk di api yg kecil.. Kalo warnanya udah kekuningan langsung dimatikan nanti gosong..
  6. Rebus mienya.
  7. Platingnya, racik air gurihnya di mangkuk lalu letakkan mienya di mangkuk yg berisi air gurih,beri aromatic oilnya,sayuran,dan ayamnya.
